We explicitly state:

- No Reddit campaign is ever risk-free
- Moderator actions, removals, shadowbans, or thread deletions are outside our control
By purchasing, you agree to:

- Accept that we will not modify our approach upon request

3. No Refund Policy (Strict)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

- NO refunds
- NO partial refunds

At that point, the service is locked in and irreversible.
5. No Editing After Posting
Once a Reddit post or thread is live:
- It cannot be edited
- It cannot be altered
- It cannot be rewritten
- It cannot be reposted for free
This includes but is not limited to:
- Titles
- Body content
- Links
- Formatting
- Subreddit placement
You accept the final result as delivered.
6. No Guarantees
ChateauReddit does not guarantee:
- Specific engagement numbers
- Upvotes, comments, or traffic volume
- Conversions or sales
- Thread longevity
- Immunity from moderator action
Marketing outcomes vary. Anyone claiming guarantees on Reddit is lying.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Ensuring your product, service, or content complies with Reddit policies and applicable laws
- Understanding that Reddit marketing carries inherent risk
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if content is illegal, unethical, or exposes us to unnecessary risk.

- Proprietary
- Not transferable
- Not subject to reverse engineering or replication
You are purchasing execution, not ownership of our systems.
9. Limitation of Liability

- Account bans
- Moderator actions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Termination Rights

- Refuse service

- Terminate access
If termination occurs after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Reddit is a third-party platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Reddit, Inc.
All actions taken by Reddit moderators or systems are independent of us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Jurisdiction and venue are determined at our discretion.
